01st September 2004 -Wayne tended his resignation of both Secretary/Treasurer of the HArdwicke Sunday sides at the special meeting held tonight. Wayne & Lee to try and find someone willing to take on the roles from within the Sunday setup.
31st August 2004 - Spike Devlin & Dave Phillips have been asked to try out for the GFA representative team after good performances in front of GFA manager Andy Mathias at Yate.

28th August 2004 - Charlie Nicholas sees red as Hardwicke lose their unbeaten start to the season in spectacular style when they were hammered 5 - 0 at Wotton.
25th August 2004 - Hardwicke stayed unbeaten in the County League with a hard fought win at home to Kings Stanley. Dennis Hylton scoring the all important goal.
24th August 2004 - Paul Bayliss started his reign as Hardwicke Reserves manager with a 1 - 0 win over newly promoted Hycalog. A second half goal from Scott Hayward seperated the teams.
21st August 2004 - Hardwicke's entry in the League Cup ended at the first hurdle when they went down 4 - 2 to League new boys Sea Mills Park.
18th August 2004 - A goal in each half by Rich James saw Hardwicke start their County League campaign with a comfortable win against last seasons basement club Viney St Swithins. The match contained only two tackles of any real note yet the referee handed out 4 yellow cards and a red card to the visitors and 3 yellow cards to the hosts. Matty Woodcock saw red, the first of his career.
